The popular pay-to-play contest now includes free entries into the $100,000 Championship for both quarterly and monthly wildcard winners.
The goal of the contest is to earn the largest bankroll (ROI) in the designated contest races. In each weekly contest, players purchase an entry ticket (s) and select one primary horse to place a mythical $2 Win/Place bet on for each designated contest race. For each correct selection a player will earn the $2 Win and/or Place mutual payoff. The maximum return on any single race is $52 for Win and $26 for Place.
The player each week with the highest accumulated bankroll (ROI) will be the Weekly Winner and will receive a cash prize of 50% of the weekly pool and earn a qualifying spot to the America TAB Handicapping Open Finals. The bankroll is based on mythical $2 Win and Place wagers. The remaining 40% of the weekly cash pool will carryover and be added to the Handicapping Open Final Prize Pool. The Winner will be required to provide a legally valid identification in order to claim the cash prize.
In addition to cash prizes the 1st through 5th place finishers each week will earn an entry into the America TAB Handicapping Open Finals.
All players who place between 1st and 50th place will receive wildcard points based on their order of finish. The top 10 wildcard point earners at the end of the contest series will also earn an entry into the Finals. The top wildcard point earner at the end of each calendar month or each quarter who has not already earned a finalist spot will earn a free berth in the championship.
The maximum number of entries into the Finals earned by way of wildcard points (monthly or quarterly) is one.

**Each week $550 of the weekly pool is allotted for finishers 5th through 20th. The remaining balance funds the top 4 positions.
Odds of winning depend on the number of players and skill level of each player. All prizes will be awarded regardless of the number of players. Prizes are not transferable and no substitution of prizes is permitted.
ALL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
All cash prizes are paid as deposits into the account of America TAB or its affiliate (e.g. WatchAndWager.com ) used to enter the contest.
WILDCARD POINTS
A Tiered Bonus Structure for weekly finishers 1st through 50th as follows:
Weekly Placing/ Wildcard Points
- 1st through 10th = 10 POINTS
- 11th through 20th = 9 POINTS
- 21st through 30th = 8 POINTS
- 31st through 40th = 7 POINTS
- 41st through 50th = 6 POINTS
The maximum Wildcard Points an individual account holder can earn in a given week is 20 points. Top ten Wildcard Point finishers at the conclusion of the weekly contests will earn a finalist spot in the America TAB Handicapping Open Finals. In the event a top 10 Wildcard Point finisher has already earned the maximum of two finalist spots, then the next Wildcard Point finisher will earn the free entry into the finals. Note: wildcard points are earned through a single wagering account. If a player earns wildcard points through a different America TAB account, the points will not be combined with points earned in a different week(s) from another wagering account owned by the same player.
In the event there is a tie for Wildcard points between two or more players, the following tie breakers will be used (in order): number of entries played in the given time frame, number of weeks played in the given time frame, total cumulative bankroll during the given time frame.
Contest PPs will be available for purchase at the contest site on Friday. As in the past, players may play a total of three $25 entries per contest.
