By using the Let It Ride.com Photo Gallery, all Users agree to abide by the below set of terms and conditions. You are always welcome to email Customer Service with any questions or suggestions.

1. Let It Ride.com reserves the sole discretion and right to reject and/or remove any Photo with or without a reason.

2. All Users who submit a Photo warrant they are authorized to do so, and hereby authorize Let It Ride.com to display any attached images within Let It Ride.com and affiliated businesses at their discretion. (PLEASE NOTE: PHOTOGRAPHERS ARE NOT SIGNING AWAY ANY RIGHTS, ONLY LICENSING USE OF IMAGES TO LET IT RIDE.COM)

3. All images must be in .gif or .jpg format.

4. Photos and/or text containing profanity and/or personal attacks will be removed.

5. Links to other Web sites within the text are not allowed, and the link will be removed from text at the sole discretion of Let It Ride.com.

6. Photos and text not related to horse racing will be removed.

7. Let It Ride.com captures IP addresses of all Photo Gallery submitting parties which can ultimately identify a specific User if necessary (regardless of whether User thinks they are being anonymous). Inasmuch, that information may be provided to proper authorities if required.

8. Photos and/or text containing advertising will be removed.

9. All images and opinions that are posted are solely those of the individual(s) who posted them. Let It Ride.com does not endorse or support any opinions or comments made by it's Users. If anyone feels that a Photo and/or text needs to be reviewed and/or removed, it can be brought to the attention of Let It Ride.com by sending email to Customer Service.

10. Photographers understand and agree that Let It Ride.com does not control use of any Photos other than on the Let It Ride.com Web site, and therefore cannot, and specifically does not warrant or make any representation of use by any third party of any images submitted to the Photo Gallery, and Photographers agree to hold Let It Ride.com harmless from any liability arising from any use outside the control of Let It Ride.com as stipulated herein.
